Commissioned Works (Shadow Portrait Commission, Soul Mirror Pet Portrait Commission, Bespoke Painted Clothing)
All commissioned works are custom, one-of-a-kind pieces created exclusively for you. As such, commissioned works are non-returnable and non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
Your $650 deposit is non-refundable after your initial consultation. The remaining balance is invoiced and paid before work begins. You will receive photo updates at the midway point and final approval photos before your piece ships — your approval is required before shipment. This process ensures you are fully satisfied with your commission before it leaves the studio.
Original Artwork & Prints
We want you to love your piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned in its original condition, undamaged and securely packaged
- You contact us at BellaDisruptor@Gmail.com before returning the item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Damaged in Transit
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.
