Bespoke Commission — Deposit to Reserve Your Date

Your vision. My hands. One garment that will never exist again.

This deposit reserves a one-day hold on Carol's commission calendar. It is equivalent to one full day of studio time and is non-refundable. All project details and remaining payments must be confirmed and finalized before you are placed on the actual calendar.

The $650 deposit is applied toward your total commission price.

How it works:

1. Pay your deposit — secures a one-day hold on the calendar
2. Consultation — Carol reaches out to schedule a consultation — by phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp for international clients — to discuss your vision, garment, imagery, and palette. A firm total price is agreed upon and all details are confirmed.
3. Confirmed on the calendar — once details and payments are finalized, your date is locked in
4. Ship your garment to the studio — you can send a piece you already own, or purchase a new item at a store, try it on for fit, and have it shipped directly to Carol at the studio
5. Balance paid in full — remaining balance is invoiced and paid before work begins
6. Carol paints — your garment is transformed by hand in oils
7. Photo sign-off — you receive photos of the finished piece and approve before shipping
8. Any extras settled — additional requests are invoiced and paid before shipment
9. Ships to you 🖤

Please allow 2–3 weeks for completion after your garment arrives at the studio. Oil paint requires at least one week to cure fully before shipping.

The deposit is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
