Processing Times

Processing times vary by product type:

  • Original Paintings — Ships within 3-5 business days of purchase
  • ACEO Mini Paintings (Unframed) — Ships within 3-5 business days of purchase
  • ACEO Mini Paintings (Framed) — Frames are custom made to order. Please allow at least 1 week before shipment
  • Prints — Ships within 3-5 business days of purchase
  • Hand Painted Wearable Art — Oil paint requires a full curing period. Please allow 1-2 weeks before shipment after painting is complete
  • Commissioned Works — Ships after final photo approval. Timing is confirmed during your consultation

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All originals and wearables are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. International orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]. We will make it right. 🖤
