Don’t shame yourself... and maybe follow it up with some protein and lots of water, just so you don’t screw up your blood sugar. You’re not a kid anymore. Diabetes is real.

I’ve been painting donuts lately, so I went to the donut shop to buy myself some models. I’d never seen a cronut before, so I got one of those. I also bought 3 other donuts, and a chocolate croissant. When I got home, I found that they’d filled my bag with a bunch of donut holes in addition to the aforementioned donuts.

I ended up eating all the donut holes, because they were small. And I don’t think they actually count as donuts.

Because they’re technically holes. (Legal Loophole - no mens rea)

I also ate one donut.

I got a headache, so I ate some protein and drank a bunch of water.

Immediate course correction - A win for Adulting!
