Sardines in a Round Tin – Original Miniature Oil Painting

Even the humblest tin can hold a universe.

Packed tight in their golden circle, these sardines shimmer with an otherworldly blue-silver light — each one catching the glow of crystals embedded in the oil, like stars suspended in a midnight sea. The round tin becomes a portal. The glittering background, a cosmos.

This is a painting about the things we overlook. The ordinary objects that, when you really look at them, turn out to be extraordinary.

Sardines in a Round Tin is painted in rich oils with crystals embedded throughout, set against a shimmering glitter background that makes the whole composition feel alive and luminous.

For the ones who find magic in the mundane.
